Sea echoes beach front villa, is a two-story fully furnished, luxurious villa in the beautiful area of Pefki, Evia island, Greece.
The two-story Sea Echoes villa is, 222sqm, and accommodates 14 people in 6 bedrooms, of which 4 are master. The villa is reserved for groups of friends or large families seeking a luxurious stay with privacy.
The villa is located on the sea, on a plot of 1600 sqm that borders the beach without intermediate road, fully renovated (July 2024 ), with endless sea views with enchanting sunset. The villa has a very large pergola, under which there is an installation with a grill, kitchen and sofas, where guests can spend beautiful moments of relaxation.
The ground floor includes four independent studios (of which two with the possibility of internal communication with a front door), each with its own kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator and air conditioning.
The first floor includes a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The villa is equipped with brand new furniture, mattresses of the top lines of Mediastrom, five smart TVs with Cosmote TV and Disney- plus, with subscription channels for adults and children. The villa is kid-friendly and pet-friendly and has a children's swing, cradle, park, children's food seats, and toys.
The layout of the villa ensures the full privacy of all guests.
Location
Enchantingly situated in front of an almost private beach, the villa offers absolute tranquility and privacy away from the noise of the city but at the same time within close proximity to all the amenities and possibilities of a vibrant city. The location offers immediate access to a multitude of services, such as excellent restaurants beautiful cafes, playful beach bars, mini markets, etc.
The distance from the villa to the center of Pefki is 3 km by car and 20 minutes on foot via the coastal road.
